Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 4 cans pureed tomatoes
- 3 cans cream-style corn or 6 fresh ears
- 1/2 small bottle Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 3 cans lima beans or 3 pkg. frozen lima beans
- 5 medium onions, chopped
- 6 medium white potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone and put in a large pot after chopping or cutting into bite-size pieces.

2Add corn, lima beans, tomato puree, chopped onions and Worcestershire sauce (if using) and cook slowly 5 to 6 hours.

3Take the potatoes, precooked and mash thoroughly, and add to stew to thicken.

4Serves 16.
