- 9 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Place cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.

2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with wooden spoon.

3As soon as cream reaches boiling point, remove from

4heat, add the chopped chocolate and cover the pan.

5Leave covered for three minutes to allow chocolate to melt.

6Stir the mixture until perfectly blended and smooth.

7Refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool and stiffen.

8Drop by spoonful on wax paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for one hour or until firm.

9Form into balls and dip into chocolate.
