Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 3 large onions
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can garden peas
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 3 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic salt
  • hot sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Put your pork and turkey in a large pot and add 2 cups water. Bring to a boil and turn on medium heat for 15 minutes.

    Cut and dice onions and potatoes small and add to meat.

    Cook for a few minutes and add corn and garden peas.

    Let cook until everything is tender.

    Then add tomatoes, catsup, mustard, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and hot sauce.

    Let cook on low for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Extra can be frozen.
