  • 10 lb. boneless stew beef
  • 10 lb. potatoes
  • 2 qt. tomatoes, mashed
  • 2 lb. onions, ground up
  • 1 qt. mustard
  • 1 qt. catsup
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. salt

Directions

    Boil beef in water until done.

    Remove from water.

    Grind onions and potatoes; also grind beef.

    Mix altogether in the water that beef was cooked in and cook all ingredients until done.
