- 10 lb. boneless stew beef
- 10 lb. potatoes
- 2 qt. tomatoes, mashed
- 2 lb. onions, ground up
- 1 qt. mustard
- 1 qt. catsup
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. salt
Directions

1Boil beef in water until done.

2Remove from water.

3Grind onions and potatoes; also grind beef.

4Mix altogether in the water that beef was cooked in and cook all ingredients until done.
