- 8 c. sliced squash
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 4 sliced bell peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Sprinkle squash and onion with salt.

2Let stand 1 hour. Combine other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add squash/onion mix. Bring to another boil. Remove from heat and put in jars.
