  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped finely
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 3 lb. white potatoes, diced
  • salt to taste
