Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 can ripe olives, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 sourdough or French Baguette, sliced
  • 4 ripe Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/3 c. finely sliced green onions
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Run 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar, olives, garlic and olive oil through food processor.
