  • 1 loaf sour dough bread stick
  • 200 grams grams Sliced Pancetta
  • 12 unit Quail eggs
  • 1 box Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Goats cheese
  • 1 unit Balsamic glaze
  • 1 bunch Your favourite micro herbs
  • 20 ml Ertra virgin olive oil

Directions

    Slice Bread stick on angle so that the size can be easily hand held.

    In a non stick pan on a low heat fry 3 of the Quail eggs for 1 serve to your liking

    whille eggs are slowly cooking, toast bread and quarter cherry tomatoes

    When bread is slightly golden wrap each piece a slice of panetta.

    place cherry tomatoes on bread as well as some goats cheese
  6. 6
    Decorate plate with balsamic glaze and place your Bruschettas on the plate

    add your eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and mocroherbs, if you like place a little more goats cheese around the plate
