- 1 loaf sour dough bread stick
- 200 grams grams Sliced Pancetta
- 12 unit Quail eggs
- 1 box Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Goats cheese
- 1 unit Balsamic glaze
- 1 bunch Your favourite micro herbs
- 20 ml Ertra virgin olive oil
Directions

1Slice Bread stick on angle so that the size can be easily hand held.

2In a non stick pan on a low heat fry 3 of the Quail eggs for 1 serve to your liking

3whille eggs are slowly cooking, toast bread and quarter cherry tomatoes

4When bread is slightly golden wrap each piece a slice of panetta.

5place cherry tomatoes on bread as well as some goats cheese

6Decorate plate with balsamic glaze and place your Bruschettas on the plate

7add your eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and mocroherbs, if you like place a little more goats cheese around the plate
