  • 28 French bread slices (1/4 inch thick)
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped eggplant

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet.
