- 2 Salmon Fillets, Skin On
- 2 cups Stewed Tomatoes, Drained
- 1/4 Red Onion, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 4 Tablespoons Italian Salad Dressing
- 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Salad Dressing Or Vinaigrette
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 2 Sea Salt And Ground Black Peppers To Taste

1Heat grill to medium heat.

2Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the salmon.

3Spray a large sheet of heavy-duty tin foil with cooking spray.

4Place the tin foil on the grill, and transfer the fish onto the tin foil, flesh side down.

5Grill for 5 minutes.

6Flip the fish over, and spoon the bruschetta mixture onto the fillets.

7Grill 18 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
