- 1# Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 T. chopped garlic
- 4 T. whole grain mustard
- 8 T. butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Trim ends of sprouts and slice in half. Put sprouts in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Remove and drain and cool quickly with cold water. Set aside to drain. In a large saute pan heat butter and add onion, garlic, mustard and sprouts and saute on high heat for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
