  • 1# Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 4 T. chopped garlic
  • 4 T. whole grain mustard
  • 8 T. butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Trim ends of sprouts and slice in half. Put sprouts in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Remove and drain and cool quickly with cold water. Set aside to drain. In a large saute pan heat butter and add onion, garlic, mustard and sprouts and saute on high heat for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
