- 2 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- dash of hot sauce
Directions

1Trim off the hard end of the sprouts. Cut an X in the stem end. Place in a pan of boiling water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the hot sprouts. Marinate for 3 to 5 days. Drain and serve.
