  • 2-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Butter, Melted
  • 2-2/3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 12 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate Chips, Melted

Directions

    Combine Cracker Crumbs, Peanut Butter, Butter, and Powdered Sugar. I prefer to do this in my Kitchenaid Mixer.

    When well combined, spread into a 9 x 13 pan lined with parchment paper. This is best achieved by spraying your hand or a spatula with non stick spray.

    Top with melted chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes.

    Remove from freezer and slice immediately. This will keep the chocolate from cracking.
