Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) boxes confectioners sugar
  • 1 lb. butter or margarine (room temperature)
  • 2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 large bag (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 block (2 oz.) paraffin

Directions

    Mix first three ingredients.

    Roll into one-inch balls and chill.

    In top of double boiler, melt chocolate and paraffin.

    Dip each ball in chocolate mixture, leaving small spot on the top not covered so that candy resembles buckeyes.

    (Insert toothpick in candy to dip in chocolate.)
