Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted (4 3/4 c.)
- 1 1/2 c. Jif creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 2 (2 oz.) sq. paraffin
Directions

1Thoroughly blend powdered sugar, peanut butter, margarine or butter, vanilla and salt.

2Shape into 1/2 inch balls.

3Place chocolate pieces and paraffin in top of double boiler.

4Heat over boiling water until chocolate and paraffin are melted (water in bottom of double boiler should not touch top pan).

5Insert a wooden pick into candy ball; dip 3/4 of the ball into melted chocolate mixture.

6Place on waxed paper until set.

7Remove wooden picks and smooth over holes.

8Place in small paper bonbon cups, if desired. Makes 8 dozen.
