- 4 pieces Escalopes Of Your Choice
- 4 whole Tomatoes, Sliced
- 8 slices Cheese (Your Choice)
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Escalopes must be nice and thin.

3Salt and pepper the meat.

4Cook the escalopes in a pan on both sides, but not till theyre completely done.

5Take them out and put tomato slices on each escalope; top them with cheese slices.

6How much tomato and cheese slices youll need depends on how big your escalopes are.

7Arrange them in a baking dish and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is nicely melted.

8In the meantime, fry each egg sunny side up.

9Take the escalopes out of the oven and top each piece with a fried egg.

10Serve along with a green salad and French fries.
