- 6 lean fillets of pork or pork chops
- 1 onion
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. fat or margarine (depending on the fatness of meat)
- salt
- flour
- cream or yogurt (optional)
Directions

1Beat the meat, dip in flour and fry quickly in hot fat on both sides.

2Remove from pan and place in large clean pan.

3Use the same fat to fry the chopped onion.
