Ingredients

  • 6 lean fillets of pork or pork chops
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. fat or margarine (depending on the fatness of meat)
  • salt
  • flour
  • cream or yogurt (optional)

Directions

    Beat the meat, dip in flour and fry quickly in hot fat on both sides.

    Remove from pan and place in large clean pan.
  3. 3
    Use the same fat to fry the chopped onion.
