- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) or 2 (2 1/2 oz.) Buddig smoked sliced beef or ham
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, onion, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce until of spreading consistency.

2Separate Buddig meat slices.

3Lay out five slices, slightly overlapping on an 18-inch piece of aluminum foil.

4Lay out two more rows to form a rectangle of Buddig meat.

5Spread with cheese mixture.

6Roll up as jelly roll, using foil to bring up meat at beginning of roll.

7Use fingers to roll until complete.

8Chill.

9Just before serving, slice into 1-inch slices.
