Buffalo Bean Dip

  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 23 cups Part-skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 23 cups Hot Wing Sauce
  • 3 stalks Celery Finely Chopped
  • 13 cups Chopped White Onion
  • 3 ounces, weight Blue Cheese Crumbles (optional- May Use Feta Instead)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large food processor, combine white beans, ricotta and hot sauce.

    Mix until a puree is formed.

    Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in celery, onion and blue cheese.

    Prepare a shallow baking dish (I used a 9-inch glass pie dish) with baking spray, then transfer mixture into the dish.

    Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until hot.

    Serve warm with tortilla chips, or crudite for dipping.
