  • 1 t cayenne pepper
  • 1 t Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 C crumbled Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
  • 1 Cgood mayonnaise
  • 3/4 C sour cream
  • 2 T milk
  • 3/4 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 3/4 t ground black pepper
  • Celery sticks, for serving
