  • 2 c. Post Toasties
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips or 2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.

    In a larger bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar, Crisco and sugar. Add the eggs; mix well.

    Add flour, vanilla, soda and salt; mix well.

    Combine with the first ingredients; mix.

    Use 1/4 cup batter for each cookie.

    Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, or until brown.
