- 2 c. Post Toasties
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 12 oz. chocolate chips or 2 c. raisins
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.

2In a larger bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar, Crisco and sugar. Add the eggs; mix well.

3Add flour, vanilla, soda and salt; mix well.

4Combine with the first ingredients; mix.

5Use 1/4 cup batter for each cookie.

6Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, or until brown.
