Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
  • 3 c. Post Toasties
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 c. brown sugar (1 box)
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions

    Cream together butter and all above ingredients.

    Mix well; will be a little difficult.

    Chill in fridge 2 hours.

    Drop by tablespoons on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown.

    Makes about 180 cookies.
