Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. oleo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. oats
  • 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
  • 3 c. Post Toasties (not crushed)
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Cream the first 5 ingredients together.

    Sift the next 5 ingredients together.

    Combine the two mixtures and add the remaining ingredients one at a time.

    Drop by large tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
