- 1 lb. butter or margarine
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. uncooked quick oatmeal (not instant)
- 3 c. corn flakes
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips
- 1 (6 to 12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Directions

1In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla; mix well after each addition.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
