- 2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 4 sticks oleo, melted
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. quick cook oatmeal
- 2 c. Post Toasties
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 6 oz. chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 c. pecan halves (optional)
Directions

1Blend the first 3 ingredients together and add the eggs, vanilla, oatmeal and Post Toasties. Sift together and add the flour, baking soda and baking powder.

2Stir in the chocolate chips and pecan halves (optional).

3Use ice cream scoop to put dough onto large cookie sheet (6 to sheet).

4Bake at 350° for 18 minutes.
