- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 16 snow crab cocktail claws
Directions

1Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl except for crab.

2Arrange claws on a broiling pan and brush both sides of each claw with butter mixture.

3Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or just until crab is hot.

4Remove from oven and brush lightly with remaining butter mix.
