Buffalo Deviled Eggs

  • 6 Eggs (hard boiled & peeled)
  • 1 fresh ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Franks hot sauce (or your favorite)
  • 1 tbsp Blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp Seasoned salt

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

    Place egg yolks in mixing bowl.
  3. 3
    Lightly salted egg white half's.
  4. 4
    Mix all ingredients with egg yolks well.
  5. 5
    Place egg yolk mixture in a ziplock bag and gently squeeze out all of the air.

    Squeeze the egg yolk mixture down to the bottom of the bag.

    And then cut a very small section of one of the corner out.

    Gently pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg white half's.

    Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper.

    Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

    Top with a little or a lot of hot sauce, depending on your own taste.

    (can be served without hot sauce for the kids).
