  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
