- 2 pounds Ground Turkey
- 2 cups Wing Sauce (recommend Frank's), Divided
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 6 stalks Celery, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Chives, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cups Blue Cheese Dressing
- Carrot Sticks
Directions

1Combine ground turkey, 2 tablespoons wing sauce, shredded cheese, bread crumbs, diced celery, chopped chives, salt and pepper.

2Form into meatballs (about 48 pieces).

3Drizzle olive oil over the surface of a large frying pan.

4Heat over medium-high heat.

5Brown meatballs in small batches (about 12 in each batch).

6Turn occasionally to brown on all sides, cooking for 10 minutes.

7Transfer to a serving dish (keep warm in the oven).

8Combine remaining wing sauce and melted butter.

9Mix well and pour over the browned meatballs.

10Top with blue cheese crumbles and serve with blue cheese dressing and carrot sticks.
