  • 1 jar Dill Pickle Chips (25 oz)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Suace
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 3 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dressing (for dipping)

    1. Drain juice from pickles.

    2. Whisk eggs and buffalo sauce in shallow bowl.

    3. Mix Bead crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, black and red pepper.

    4. Soak the pickles in the buffalo egg mixture.

    5. Toss pickles in bread crumb mix.

    6. Place pickles on a wire rack on top of cookie sheet.

    7. Put shelf in middle of oven and broil on high for 10 minutes.

    8. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
