- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 16 chicken wings
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 to 10 Tbsp. red hot sauce
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.

2When oil is sizzling hot, add wings a few at a time.

3Fry, turning until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.

4Remove and drain on paper towels.

5Place wings in stainless steel bowl.

6Drizzle melted butter over wings, covering each with pastry brush.

7Add hot sauce over each wing, spreading with pastry brush.

8For mild sauce, use 2 tablespoons; for medium, use 4 tablespoons and for extra hot, use 10 tablespoons.

9Serve with Blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
