  • 3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • oil for frying wings
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 c. hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. each: garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper and white pepper

Directions

    Fry wings until very done and brown.

    Drain on paper towel. Combine red wine vinegar, catsup, hot sauce and seasonings.

    Set aside.
