- 30 chicken wings (approximately 4 1/2 lb.)
- 5 Tbsp. Tabasco
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- celery sticks
- Ranch or Blue cheese
Directions

1Cut wing tips off.

2Discard.

3Cut each wing in half.

4Arrange wings on broiler pan rack.

5Broil 6 inches from heat until browned, turning occasionally (25 to 30 minutes).

6Heat butter, Tabasco and vinegar in small pan.

7When wings are browned, place on serving tray, alternating with celery sticks.

8Drizzle butter mixture over wing sections only.
