- 5 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. Durkee hot sauce (adjust amount to taste, more or less)
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Split wings at joint and discard tips or use frozen wings that have already been prepared.

2Deep fry until cooked and crispy, for about 10 to 12 minutes.

3Drain.

4When finished, fry.

5Place wings in bowl or pan.

6Pour melted butter over wings, coating well. Then pour hot sauce over wings, again making sure to coat wings well.

7Serve with celery and Blue cheese dip, if desired.
