- 1 long loaf French or Italian bread
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Cut bread lengthwise, but not all the way through.

2Soften butter and mix in parsley and green onion.

3Spread mixture in center of bread.

4Close bread and wrap in aluminum foil.

5Bake in a 400° oven for 10 minutes or until butter melts.

6Slice and serve warm.
