- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or venison
- 2 c. sour cream, divided
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Combine meat and 1/4 cup sour cream, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano.

2Shape into meatballs.

3Brown in oil and pour off excess grease.

4Add water, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove meatballs to a casserole dish.

5Combine remaining sour cream, salt and dill in skillet which meatballs were cooked.

6Heat and pour over meatballs.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Serve with rice or noodles.
