- 2 lb. partially thawed hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together, except butter and bread crumbs, and pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle the butter over crumbs.

3Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
