  • 1 1/2 lb. frozen potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. (2 c.) sour cream
  • 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Hold back half of cheese.

    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
