- 2 lb. pkg. hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt or less
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Thaw potatoes and blot well with paper towel.

2Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

3Bake in a 13 x 9-inch Pam-sprayed baking dish; cover with about 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs.

4Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
