Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless sirloin, cut into 1-inch strips
- 1 1/2 c. mushroom pieces
- 1/2 c. green peppers, sliced
- 1/2 c. onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. olive oil or butter
- 2 c. beef stock
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. no-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute beef in olive oil or butter until brown.

2Add mushrooms, peppers and onions.

3Saute.

4Add beef stock (if stock is made from cubes, reduce salt to 1/2 teaspoon.) Simmer 15 minutes.

5Mix flour and sour cream.

6Add to beef mixture, stirring well to thicken. Simmer an additional 15 minutes.

7Serve over hot buttered noodles. Serves 6 to 8 people.
