  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • sauce:
  • 2 tbsp korean chili paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp karashi mustard (or other hot mustard)
  • hot chilies (to taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1/2 large pear, cored and seeded
