- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- fresh ground black pepper
- sauce:
- 2 tbsp korean chili paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp karashi mustard (or other hot mustard)
- hot chilies (to taste)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 large onion
- 1/2 large pear, cored and seeded
