- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind optional

- 1/2 cup water

5Place dough in bowl and turn greased side up. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 1/2 hrs).

6Spray round cake pan with non stick cooking spray. Punch down dough. Shape into round, slightly flattened loaf. Place in pan, cover and let rise until doubled (about 40 mins).

7Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake until golden an sounds hollow when tapped
