  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 can French-style beans (green)
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green mango pepper
  • red mango pepper (add enough for color)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix the ingredients together for the dressing. Heat until dissolved. After it is cool, pour over vegetables and serve. This will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, so you can enjoy as a side dish with supper or a healthy snack.
