Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs round steaks, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil, seperated (canola, or sesame)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 carrots, sliced or julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Directions

    Mix sugar, soy sauce, 1 tablespoons oil, onions, water, and garlic.

    Stir in steak, coating well.

    Cover, allow to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes.

    Toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown.

    Remove from skillet.

    Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a skillet.

    Add beef mixture and carrots.

    Cook and stir over medium-high heat until done.

    You may cover and cook on low heat until steak is tender.

    Serve over rice.
