Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. rump roast, cut into strips
- 2 white onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil (sesame seed oil is best)
- 1/4 c. fried sesame seed (optional)
- chopped green onions
- 3 Tbsp. cooking wine or vinegar
Directions

1In a blender, blend garlic, onions and soy sauce.

2Add the next 4 ingredients and blend.

3Remove from blender and add sesame seed, green onions (to taste) and vinegar.

4Pour sauce over meat and mix well.

5Let the meat soak overnight in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.

6Cook the next day in the crock-pot 1 hour on high and 2 to 3 hours on low.

7Serve over rice.
