Bulgogi-Marinated Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. rump roast, cut into strips
  • 2 white onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Accent
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil (sesame seed oil is best)
  • 1/4 c. fried sesame seed (optional)
  • chopped green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking wine or vinegar

Directions

    In a blender, blend garlic, onions and soy sauce.

    Add the next 4 ingredients and blend.

    Remove from blender and add sesame seed, green onions (to taste) and vinegar.

    Pour sauce over meat and mix well.

    Let the meat soak overnight in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.

    Cook the next day in the crock-pot 1 hour on high and 2 to 3 hours on low.

    Serve over rice.
