Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp. bulgur
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie apricot, peach or cherry preserves or orange marmalade
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a mixing bowl, slightly beat egg white.

3Stir in milk, oats, uncooked bulgur, onion salt, sage and pepper. Add beef; mix well. Shape mixture into loaf in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until meat is well done.

5Transfer meat to platter. Brush top with preserves or marmalade.

6Slice to serve.

7Also serve baby carrots and tossed salad. Serves 4.
