  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 c. bulgur
  • Thyme sprigs for garnish

    In 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine chicken broth and enough water to equal 2 cups.

    In 2-quart saucepan, heat broth mixture, thyme, and nutmeg to boiling over high heat.

    Add bulgur, reduce heat to medium-low.

    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

    Garnish each serving with a thyme sprig.
