- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 c. bulgur
- Thyme sprigs for garnish
Directions

1In 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine chicken broth and enough water to equal 2 cups.

2In 2-quart saucepan, heat broth mixture, thyme, and nutmeg to boiling over high heat.

3Add bulgur, reduce heat to medium-low.

4Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

5Garnish each serving with a thyme sprig.
