- 1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
- 18 oz. peanut butter
- 1 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 lb. dry roasted peanuts
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
Directions

1Melt chips and peanut butter together.

2Spread 1/2 mixture over pan.

3Chill.

4Cook margarine, milk and pudding.

5Boil for 1 minute.

6Add powdered sugar and spread over base.

7Add peanuts to remaining chip mixture and spread over top.

8Chill and cut into squares.
