  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Place ingredients into large mixing bowl.

    Mix on low to blend. Then beat 3 minutes on medium speed.

    Pour batter in a fluted Bundt pan.

    I grease and flour mine even if the pan is Teflon coated. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Let cool 5 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack.
