Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. cream
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 7 c. flour (a little more may be needed)
Directions

1Scald milk and cream and cool.

2Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

3Mix all ingredients, add flour to make a soft dough. Knead.

4Form into a ball and place into a greased bowl.

5Let rise until light, about 1 hour.

6Punch down and let rest 5 minutes. Form into buns the size for a hamburger.

7Place on a greased cookie sheet.

8Let rise until light.

9Bake in a 425° oven, 8 to 10 minutes.
